Our patient had complications with previous breast augmentations leading to tissue loss and asymmetry. For this reconstruction, Dr. Obeng used tissue expanders to expand the breasts until the patient's desired size was achieved. After the expansion, he used appropriate breast implants to do breast augmentation leading to this beautiful symmetric result of the patient's breasts.
