HOW WE DO TRANSMASCULINE BOTTOM SURGERY

The patients female genitalia, such as, the vagina, ovaries and uterus have been previously removed in a prior procedure. Tissues used to reconstruct the penis are harvested from another part of the patients body.  Blood vessels and nerves in the pelvis  are harvested and will be attached to the newly reconstructed penis.
